Don Santa is back, and this year his sleigh is laden with one of our most popular coffees from last year... Pineapple Candy!

Our relationship with Finca San Pedro started in 2019, when we selected their Blueberry Candy coffee for our Baristasaurus collaboration with SCA UK Roasting Champion, Diana Johnston Ledezma.

Pineapple Candy is a washed F1 Hybrid H3 from the same farm, but with a twist. In adherence with protocols developed by revered fermentation specialist Lucia Solis, the washed coffee is fermented in sealed containers with saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast that gives the coffee a layer of tropical fruit flavour and floral aromas.

In the cup it is sweet and juicy, with notes of dried pineapple, agave syrup and saison.
